This will give a definite edge to your members because when displaying professionals around the world decide which data pools they want to display on their Immobel IDX web sites, they will be far more likely to choose to display data where they have the greatest number of listings. You can provide this incredible member benefit at no additional charge to you or your members, a wonderful benefit that yields real results where they matter - on the bottom line. Successful members pay dues and keep their membership active through thick and thin. The International IDX will help get listings sold. And in our business, that is what it is all about.

How it works:

Your IDX rules are embedded into your data. Nothing can change that. Your data never leaves the Immobel servers, never leaves Immobel security. Your listings will be displayed ONLY through Immobel IDX websites, in the viewer's choice of languages, just like always. The only difference is, there will be more displaying agents. Real Estate Professionals all around the world will spend their marketing dollars (or Euros, or Yen or…) to drive traffic to view your listings, in order to send referrals into your market. Equally, your members who have Immobel IDX will be able to display IDX listings from other participating members, all around the world. Your members can market International listings, and the largest US market listings, adding to their referral business for relocations, foreign investors and vacation homebuyers. It is truly win-win. The IDX you know and trust, taken global.

Every displaying Real Estate Professional may choose which market's data they wish to display. They may also choose any or all of 13 languages to display it in.

Members from Premium Member Associations will also be given a listing in our International Referral Network, searchable in 13 languages.

The paperwork:

If you have already bulk purchased Immobel IDX for your members as part of your Immobel package, all you need to do is send us a letter on your Organization's letterhead, indicating that you elect to participate in the International IDX Alliance.
We will take it from there.
International IDX Alliance links will be added to your member's Immobel Wizards and we will set up training dates to come give a seminar on International Real Estate and the International IDX Alliance.

If you did not bulk purchase Immobel IDX for your members, you may upgrade to that package now for the price that was in effect at the time you first joined Immobel. If you want to upgrade, please mention this in your letter, or email for pricing.

If you are not able to provide the Immobel IDX and International IDX search to each member as a benefit, your members may purchase that portion of the service directly from Immobel at $ 29.oo per month.
