Immobel gets your data and translates it. Their professional translators and proprietary application have made Immobel the Gold Standard for the translation of Real Estate data the world over. No machine translation is ever used on your valuable data.

 

Once your data is translated, it can be deployed in the following ways:

  • It can be linked to your own website via Immobel 13 language IDX.
  • It can be added to the International IDX Alliance data pool, to be shown by members all over the world.
  • It can be shown on the Immobel.com Global Real Estate Portal

In addition, you will be able to display any of the International IDX Alliance data from any or all markets, right on your own Immobel IDX, in the viewer's choice of 13 languages. Your (or your company) profile will be added to the International Referral Network.

 

 

How to get your data to Immobel

 

If your local REALTOR organization is not sending their data to Immobel (check the full list here), you still have several options:

  • Your data may be available through distribution services such as " List Hub"* any fees associated with that service will be your responsibility.
  • You can set up a RETS or FTP data feed with Immobel directly
  • You can enter your listings manually into the Immobel system using online property information screens, much as you do with your local MLS.
